The talk/meditation with Richard Sisto will begin at12:10 p.m. and will last about an hour.This is free and open to the public. No experiencewith meditation is necessary.The meditation is held in Bishop's Hall at ChristChurch Cathedral, 425 South Second Street in DowntownLouisville.
