Please join us Wednesday April 23, at 12:10 at Christ Church Cathedral for free yoga. The yoga program is free (donations welcome) and will be led by Alex Cleveland.

Alex will lead us in exploring ways that the practice of yoga brings peace. Alex is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, who has taught for the past 10 years.
